Service description

Testimo is a reputation management platform that helps businesses request reviews, manage feedback, and improve their online presence. By using Testimo, you agree to these terms.

Subscription and pricing

Testimo is offered on a subscription basis at $49 AUD per month (plus applicable taxes). New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a subscription or trial where we offer card-based signup. Fees are charged in accordance with the plan you select and our billing partner's terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Testimo to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Solicit fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users or our systems. Where reasonable, we will try to notify you before taking action.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testimo and Digest Media are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
